As of March 19, 2024, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. Rappahannock County Public Schools seeks a licensed company for the purpose of creating a courtyard space at Rappahannock County High School. SITE VISIT REQUIRED: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held with each firm. firms should schedule a time slot with the Executive Director of Administrative Services for a mutually agreed time. All questions should be directed to Dr. RobinBolt, Executive Director ofAdministrative Services, rbolt@rappahannockschools.us The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide a fully implemented courtyard base on the plans given to the contractor.. A site visit is required. Site visits must be scheduled in advance with the Executive Director ofAdministrative Services Contractor shall provide an itemized breakdown of costs for the following major components: a) Hardscape. b) Landscape Pricing shall include all applicable taxes, permits, and inspections. Work should be planned for performance during normal work hours.
