TransGas requires a contractor to perform aircraft patrol of its natural gas pipeline right-of-ways (ROW) throughout the province to inspect, identify, monitor and report on activities and developments that may affect the safe operation of the pipeline system. The contractor will be responsible for creation of a flight plan, identifying and documenting activities, and providing the information to TransGas in specified formats. Successful proponent (company that is awarded a contract) must self perform the work; Successful proponent (company that is awarded a contract) must have previous recent experience completing similar services; TransGas may, in its sole discretion, reject the proposal if the proponent, or any member of the proponent, is currently engaged in a dispute with SaskEnergy/TransGas involving mediation, arbitration or litigation.
