Greenhouse Office Furnishings Final Questions February 14, 2024, 10:00am CST The scope of work for this project includes supplying various furnishings for MECA TriPark's Greenhouse office space. This includes, but is not limited to, furnishing samples, producing layouts of rooms with furnishings, ordering, receiving, assembling products, project tracking (including delivery schedules), delivering, placing furnishings into assigned areas and any other items necessary for a full completion of the project further defined herein The floor plan of the Greenhouse Office has been included as Attachment B to this RFP. This document has corresponding room numbers and room names for reference. All areas within this office are at ground level and accessible via double doors. Furnishings include: 1. Seating 2. Tables 3. Sofas 4. Sideboard 5. Cubicles The anticipated quantities of each product are identified, however, based on final costing MECA Tri-Park may increase or decrease the specific quantities of each item. Manufacturer/Model numbers are included in this Request for Proposal for the purpose of establishing a standard of quality, performance, and characteristics desired by MECA Tri-Park. Alternate manufacturers who meet the qualifications (including but not limited to specified color matching, quantity, workmanship, warranty, etc.) listed in the specifications and who provide substantially equal products will be considered for award. Delivery To control the delivery schedule to The RiverFront, the successful Bidder shall accept delivery of all furnishings directly from the manufacturer. The successful Bidder must confirm quantities, check for damage, and assemble products at their facility before scheduling with MECA Tri-Park delivery of the products to the Greenhouse. The successful Bidder must clean jobsite and dispose of excess materials. Office furnishings will be delivered to 900 Farnam Street, Suite 100, Omaha, NE 68102, the Greenhouse Office. Delivery must be coordinated with The RiverFront staff. There are no loading docks available at The RiverFront. If Bidder wishes to provide an alternative delivery plan, that must be detailed within their proposal.
