Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carbonado, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

construct the 7th Street Sidewalk. Approximately 200 LF of curb, gutter, and sidewalk will be constructed on the north side of 7th Street between O'Ferrell Drive and Windgate Drive, to fill in a missing gap in the sidewalk system. The design will include catch basins, storm pipe and an infiltration system. The Work shall be substantially complete within 25 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Carbonado, Washington Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Town of Carbonado" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount Financing of the Project has been provided by Town of Carbonado, Washington and the Transportation Improvement Board. The Town of Carbonado expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal.
