LMH and/or its affiliates is seeking a consultant to provide general consulting services surrounding HCVP operations and ensuring HUD standards are maintained. Assist in the preparation and submission of HUD forms and supporting documents required to address operational functions. Provide technical support, guidance, and training for regulatory and financial needs including but not limited to the two-year tool, VMS submission and reconciliation, and tool of tools. Serve as technical resource for department leadership, answering questions and providing guidance on interpreting and applying applicable regulations, policies, and procedures, with the goal of maximizing and maintaining utilization rates, program compliance and operational efficiency. Provide technical support and resources to identify, analyze and develop recommendations for potential program modifications and create operational efficiency. Review current procedures and recommend best practices. Evaluate staffing levels in department. Other HCVP consulting as necessary. Contractor shall provide master copies of all training materials and hand-outs to LMH. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to provide a suitable number of copies of the master copy to deliver training as required. LMH reserves the right to: Reject any or all quotes in whole or in part, to waive any informality in the QSP process, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities in any quotation submission or to terminate the QSP process at any time, if deemed by the Agency to be in its best interests.
