Renovation of a municipal facility in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Spruce Grove Protective Services team operates a bookable Fire Training Ground that consists of a sea can structure that burns class A material. The site also supports many class b training props. To maintain the function of the training grounds and provide a safe space for training, retrofits to the existing structure are required. The Fire Training Grounds is a valuable asset used by our mutual aid partners and many other regional municipalities. The purpose of this RFP is to secure a vendor to complete modifications to our existing fire training grounds facility and provide stamped engineered drawings of the final deliverable. Any clarifications or request for additional information are to be submitted in writing to the City by no later than the identified deadline. The City is under no obligation to respond to questions received after the deadline. Questions are to be forwarded by email to abrinsky@sprucegrove.org All questions will be responded to through addenda posted on Alberta Purchasing Connection. Each addendum will be considered to form an integral part of this RFP Deadline for questions will be extended to February 16
