As of March 19, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. JOB ND.: 132422 The work in general consists of roadway rehabilitation. The work will include roadway excavation, asphalt concrete overlay, full depth reclamation and pulverization, clearing and grubbing, removal and construction of concrete curbs,gutters, curb ramps, sidewalks, driveways, adjusting drainage facilities and utilities to grade, signing and striping, and other items of work as indicated on the project bid book and plans. The Engineer's Estimate for this contract is $6,638,859.00. The DBE Contract goal is 17% The project has 99 Working Days. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project. The successful bidder, at bidder's own expense, shall furnish a faithful performance bond and a payment bond each in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid, respectively, and in the form prescribed for use by the Town of Paradise. The bonds shall be provided to the Town at the time of contract execution. Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening. Any such inquiries or questions,submitted after bid opening, will not be treated as a bid protest.
