Renovation of an educational facility in Donna, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

All questions regarding the scope of work must be e-mailed simultaneously to Luis Solis, Safety Representative/Project Manager, at lsolis2@donnaisd.net and to Joe D. Smedley, Director of Purchasing at joe.smedley@donnaisd.net If the Contractor neglects, fails or refuses to complete the Work within the time specified in the Contract, or any proper extension thereof granted by the Owner, then the Contractor does hereby agree, as a part consideration of the awarding of this Contract, to pay the Owner the amount of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) not as a penalty but as liquidated damages for such breach of Contract as hereinafter set forth, for each and every calendar day that the Contractor shall be in default after the time stipulated in the Contractor for completing the Work. A cashier's check payable to owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the greatest amount of the quote is acceptable. Prior to signing of the Contract, the CONTRACTOR, at HIS/HER OWN EXPENSE, shall furnish a Performance Bond, and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond for one hundred (100%) percent of the Contract price on such form and with such sureties as the Owner may approve.
