Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lodi, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Medina County Commissioners are seeking price quotes for the installation of park improvements as part of the Medina County 2022 CDBG program. The Lodi ADA Park Improvement project consists of installation of park improvements at Richman Field located at 620 Wooster Street, Lodi, Ohio. Access to the work site is available from Wooster Street and the existing parking lot. Excavation and embankment o 3,400 square feet of 4 inch concrete walk (5 feet wide) o 80 square yards of 6 inch non-reinforced concrete pavement o Seeding and mulching o ADA compliant parking signage and pavement markings Construction must be complete by August 1, 2024.
