Completion Date: Oct. 25, 2024 Pre-Qualification: Yes LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for the "GORDON AVENUE SECONDARY WATER TRUNK LINE, PROJECT 22-04". The project includes the installation of 5,500 linear feet of secondary water line and associated items. The bidder will also be required to submit proof of a 5% bid bond to www.questcdn.com to successfully submit a bid. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contractors shall submit the Contractor's Qualification Statement available at the questcdn.com website, under the Q & A sections, to be reviewed by the City prior to February 20, 2024 at 12:00 pm. Upon Layton City approval, contractors will be granted access to VirtuBid. Bidders cannot access the online bidding facility until they are approved on the plan holder list by the City. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project experience.
