Reference Number 0000341503 The City of Knoxville requests your delivered price for wing brackets for mounting double-sided bus stop signs to K-Trans 1135 Magnolia Avenue Knoxville, Tennessee, 37917 per attached specifications. Bracket for flat, double-sided bus stop signs. Bracket to be aluminum, 5" H X 2" W (+/- nominal). Each bracket must include two (2) 5/16" set screws. Brackets must be designed to be mounted on 2" X 2" sign posts or flat walls. The bracket base that makes contact with the 2' X 2' sign post or flat wall must be FLAT. Curved bases do not work as they tend to crack when mounting against a flat surface. Brackets must allow for bolts and 3/4 " strapping fasteners for mounting (not to be included with bid). Bid quantity must be for 4000 individual brackets with an option to purchase up to an additional 4000 brackets within one year of purchase order award. Note this purchase is funded through a grant provided to the City of Knoxville by the Federal Transit Administration. The federal requirements within this document apply.
