Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Yaphank, New York. Working plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Activated Sludge Treatment System a. Equalization tanks, pumps, blowers and submersible mixers b. Process tanks, pumps, blowers and submersible mixers c. Sludge holding tanks, pumps and blowers 5. Equipment Building a. Pre-Engineered building with blower and electrical rooms b. Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, CCTV and fire alarm systems c. Miscellaneous piping and valves 6. Filter Building a. Pre-Engineered building with filter and control rooms b. Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, CCTV and fire alarm systems c. Disk filters d. Miscellaneous piping and valves 7. Process Monitoring and Control System a. Process Monitoring and Control System including associated process control panels, fiber optic termination cabinets, operator workstation and instrumentation Bids for this contract shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope with the name of the contract clearly noted on the outside of the envelope.
