Scope of Work Will Consist of Renovations and Modernization of Existing Project and Includes, but is Not Limited to, the Following Items: 1. Remove Existing Smoke Detectors / Carbon Monoxide Detectors as Indicated on Drawings and Turn Over to Owner. 2. Provide New Hard Wired Smoke/carbon Detectors With Sealed Ten (10) Year Lithium Battery at Each Bedroom, Common Area, and Within 15' of Any Gas Fired Appliance - Refer to Plans for Locations. 3. Remove Existing Bathroom Exhaust Fans and Light Switches. Provide New Timer Switch and Exhaust Fan and Duct as Indicated on Drawings. 4. Remove and Replace Existing Outlets With New Gfci or Simplex Receptacles as Indicated on Drawings - Refer to Plans for Locations. 5. Remove Existing Fluorescent Light Fixtures in Kitchens and Provide New Led Light Fixture. 6. Provide New Led Strobe Light Fixtures and New Battery Backup for Strobe Lights in Designated Hearing & Visual Impaired Units. 7. General Contractor Shall Test All Outlets Shown on Plan With Gfi Tester for Proper Functioning Outlets. Utilize Unit Price to Remove and Replace Non-functioning Outlets. 8.
