Prequalification: All parties (Prime and Sub Consultants) submitting as a team member on a proposal must be prequalified at least seven calendar days prior to the Proposal submittal date. Pre-qualification must be done annually. The prequalification letter from CDOT must be submitted as part of the RFP as noted in Section 6 Proposal Instructions or the proposal will be rejected as non-responsive. The recommended disciplines based on the scope of work: Construction Management (MC) and Material Testing (MT). Contract NTE: $900,000.00 Funds Encumbered DBE: 4% CDOT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals that do not meet the Minimum Proposal Requirements listed in Section 4 will be rejected as non-responsive.
