Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in La Grange, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Oldham County Board of Education will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor and materials and the performance of all work required for the Oldham County Preschool Expansion and Renovation Bid Guaranty in the form of a Certified/Cashier's Check or Bid Bond shall accompany each bid. The amount of the Bid Guaranty shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the bid set forth on the Form of Proposal. The Bid Guaranty shall be issued by a Surety Company that has an A.M. BestCompany rating of "A-" or better. The Bid Guaranty shall be made out to Oldham County Board of Education. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the designated time for receipt of bids The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner, and to reject any bid where evidence or information submitted by the bidder does not satisfy the Owner that the bidder is qualified to carry out the details of the contract documents. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 4-8-2024.
