Renovation of an educational facility in Lyman, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Urie Elementary School Flooring Replacement. The full scope of work will be included in the bid package. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashiers Check or Bid Bond for not less than five (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Uinta County School District #6. If a certified or cashiers check is used in lieu of a bid bond, execution of a 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bond must accompany the bid. The Bid Bond or the Cashiers Check shall be forfeited in the event the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into the Contract or to furnish the required Performance and Payment Bonds. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Materials Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. The school district reserves the right to accept any, or to reject any or all Proposals, or waive any informality in a Proposal.
