T.M.K. 3-1 -42 : 009 Start of Service Date: 04/24/2024 End of Service Date: 10/26/2025 Scope of Work The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing air conditioning system of Building 6930 Ohelo. The work includes selective demolition, trenching, excavation and backfill, hazardous materials, concrete paving, asphalt concrete paving, site utilities, lawn and grass repairs, shoring, soil treatment, miscellaneous form fabrication, steel reinforcement, surface finishes, metal fabrications, welding, carpentry, waterproofing, building insulation, exterior insulation, modified bitumen sheet flashing, firestopping, sealants, doors and windows, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustical ceiling, flooring, carpet tile, painting, rekeying, air monitoring, mechanical, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, lighting, and fire alarm system, as called for in the Plans and Technical Specifications. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES If the Contractor fails to complete the work or any portion of the work within the time or times fixed in the contract or any extension thereof, the Contractor shall pay to the University $ 500.00 per each calendar day of delay.
