Reference Number 0000341625 Contract Start (Estimated): Friday, April 12, 2024 Question Acceptance Deadline 02/08/2024 05:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No The County of Ottawa, on behalf of Facilities Maintenance, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide on-call architectural and engineering services for various facilities, departments, and agencies of County of Ottawa. Ottawa County is seeking to partner with an experienced and qualified vendor(s) to provide architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis. The awarded Vendor will become an integral team member for all aspects of the County's project development, implementation, and oversight. This vendor shall provide professional services for County projects ranging from very small building repairs and renovations to select capital building projects and will be expected to supervise and manage the progress of each project to satisfactory completion. The awarded vendor shall participate in a minimum of two (2) progress and planning meetings with County representatives per year. The County of Ottawa's intent is to award a contract that will cover an initial period of three (3) years with two (2) twenty-four (24) month renewals, if in the best interest of both parties. The County also reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals submitted if in the best interest of the County.
