Supply and install new vinyl plank floor Torlys (Residential/Homeowner) 4.5 mm thick, 150mm width x 1211 length with 12mil wear layer in standard colour indicated by Owner or Equivalent over complete main floor. Color Samples to be submitted to NL Housing for approval. over complete main level. . 3 Supply one extra box of unopened floor to be left in each unit. . 4 In closet at bottom of stair case. Supply and Install new shelfing and rod as per specifications. Remove door decals and touch up door, finish paint as per specifications. 5 In kitchen adjust all shelves doors and drawers ensuring all in working order. . 6 Clean rust area on kitchen range and prepare for painting. Finish paint with Appliance Epoxy suitable for range as per manufacturers instructions. SECOND FLOOR . 1 On Second Floor, remove all existing laminate floor and floor accessories in complete Hallway Only and dispose of at proper waste disposal site. Prepare all existing floor for new vinyl plank to be installed over.
