Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Colerain Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation of a new 120' x 60' outdoor basketball court including an alternate bid for the construction of a 20' x 60' parking lot, known as Blanchetta Outdoor Basketball Courts. Bid prices must be firm for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days following the bid opening date. Construction on this project is expected to begin on or around April 9, 2024. Completion is anticipated by late May, 2024. All clarifying questions for this bid should be directed to Tiphanie Mays, Assistant Township Administrator, via email at tmays@colerain.org by March 4, 2024. Colerain Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of Colerain Township to do so. Colerain Township reserves the right to ask for additional information after Bids are received. This project is supported by state funding and is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements. The Township also requires that the successful contractor provide as built drawings at the conclusion of the project per the state funding requirements. Bidders must furnish a Bid Bond of 10% of the bid with the proposal (attached). The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Performance Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, conditioned according to law. Contractors must also comply with the Davis-Bacon Act in the payment of prevailing federal minimum wage; demonstrate a good faith effort to achieve 10% Minority Business Enterprise participation; and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, which requires opportunities for training and employment be made to lower income residents and contract work awarded to business concerns owned by lower income residents.
