The Scope of Work is to provide Irrigation Supplies (includes PVC pipe, valves, heads, etc.) to multiple departments in the City of Carrollton. 1. Purchase orders will be issued for each order. Invoices and shipping/delivery notice must include name of person placing order and purchase order number (when and if orders are placed for delivery) 2. Items will be purchased on an as-needed basis throughout the year. 3. The bid will be awarded by category unless incomplete bids are received. In this case, bids will be awarded either by category or individual line, whichever is in the best interest of the city. 4. The selected Vendor(s) must be able to order parts that are not in stock. Provide percentage discount for items that are not included in the detailed pricing (see Line Items Section, Bid Line Item #47). This Agreement shall begin on the date first written above and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year from such date, unless terminated sooner as provided herein. This Agreement may be renewed for two additional one-year year periods for a total of three years. Renewal is subject to available City funding for the applicable City fiscal year.
