Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
Plans call to build the Forest Bark Dog Park. the developers will build the park within the city's Harold Bacchus Community Park to serve neighborhoods in East Frisco. Other plans call for 3-acre fenced dog park call for new sidewalks and trails, an observation deck overlooking Panther Creek and an interactive dog splash pad. The city will also update lighting, improve irrigation and install park signage. As of November 14, 2025, the project complete. The construction document completion timeline has not been released. A tentative bid schedule for contractors has not been released. Construction is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
