Renovation of a residential development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
**As of April 2,2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the City) to qualified proponents to submit a proposal for AMHS-KFLA Transitional Housing - Renovations to 206 Concession Street, as further described in Part 2 of the RFP Particulars (the Deliverables). 206 Concession Street is owned by the City of Kingston. Renovations are being performed for AMHS-KFLA to provide individuals, experiencing mental health and addiction issues, with living situations that meet their individual needs. The completed facility will provide 24/7 supportive housing for eighteen (18) individuals. The building consists of two storeys and a full basement. The building was constructed as a Steelworker Union Hall and has since been used as a printing business, and a congregational church. The scope of work includes the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, and permits (City will apply and pay for the building permit) to perform the renovations as described in the drawings and specifications.
