The Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all of the tools, plant, equipment and labor necessary to perform all of the work described in the Technical Specifications and Plans (if any), or which can be reasonably inferred therefrom, except such as may be hereinafter specifically excluded for the contract listed above; all in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the Contract Documents which include the following: (a) all of the "Bidding Documents" including but not limited to the Invitation to Bidders, Information and Instructions for Bidders, Form of Proposal, the form of Contract, the Supplementary Conditions (if any), General Conditions, Performance Bond (if any), One Year Maintenance Bond (if any), Technical Specifications, Drawings (if any), and Addenda, (b) this signed Contract, and (c) the Contractor's Bid Submission, including but not limited to its completed Form of Proposal, Performance Bond and other forms. No bids shall be received after the time designated in this Invitation to Bidders. CONTRACT #24-B-04 FURNISH AND INSTALL FILTER MEDIA AT THE LFWTP This Contract shall require the measurement of the filter media level, and the furnishing, delivery and installation of filter media to replenish the filter levels to their original design specifications in the Filter Building at the Owner's Little Falls Water Treatment Plant (the "Plant") located at 800 Union Boulevard, Totowa, NJ 07512. Filter media shall consist of Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) (individually and/or collectively also referred to herein as "Product"). The Work shall also include handling, testing and disinfection, all as required to complete the filter media replacement and placing the system into satisfactory service. The Contractor shall submit any questions regarding the bid documents by Monday, February 12 at 3:00 P.M. to the project representative listed in the bid documents. The successful bidder for the Contract shall be required to comply with the prevailing local minimum wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. Within the parameters established by the governing law, the Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive minor informalities or irregularities in the Proposals received and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
