Washtenaw County Purchasing Division is issuing a Request for Proposal on behalf of FACILITIES MANAGEMENT. RFP # 8584 - SOLAR PANELS AND SOLAR PANEL EV CHARGING CAR PORTS Please direct purchasing and procedural questions regarding this RFP to Beth Duffy via e-mail only to duffyb@washtenaw.org. Please direct technical questions regarding this RFP to Facilities Management Department contact SiRui Huang via e-mail only at huangs@washtenaw.org , with a copy to the purchasing and procedural questions contact as well. Bidders or their representatives are prohibited from communicating with Washtenaw County employees regarding this RFP except as provided under TECHNICAL QUESTIONS. Description and Purpose of Proposed Work - Solar panels including installation at 4135 Washtenaw Avenue, 2201 Hogback, and 705 Zeeb Road locations. - Solar panel EV charging car ports including installation at 4125 Washtenaw Avenue, 555 Towner, and 705 Zeeb Road locations - Include a minimum of 25 years performance warranty, a minimum of 10 years inverter warranty, and a minimum of 20 years panel warranty. - Add on alternative solar panels including installation at 4101 Washtenaw Avenue, Ann Arbor Estimated initial KWH sizes by location for building solar panels 4135 Washtenaw up to 118KW 2201 Hogback/4133 Washtenaw up to .5mW 705 Zeeb up to 186KW Cutoff date for all technical questions 5 PM on Wednesday March 13th
