Bidders or their representatives are prohibited from communicating with Washtenaw County employees regarding this RFP except as provided under TECHNICAL QUESTIONS. Description and Purpose of Proposed Work - Solar panels including installation at 4135 Washtenaw Avenue, 2201 Hogback, and 705 Zeeb Road locations. - Solar panel EV charging car ports including installation at 4125 Washtenaw Avenue, 555 Towner, and 705 Zeeb Road locations - Include a minimum of 25 years performance warranty, a minimum of 10 years inverter warranty, and a minimum of 20 years panel warranty. - Add on alternative solar panels including installation at 4101 Washtenaw Avenue, Ann Arbor Estimated initial KWH sizes by location for building solar panels 4135 Washtenaw up to 118KW 2201 Hogback/4133 Washtenaw up to .5mW 705 Zeeb up to 186KW Cutoff date for all technical questions 5 PM on Wednesday March 13th
