This Contract Includes an Option for Renewal(S). The Contract Will Be Awarded at the Budget Estimate Amount. Intent: The Work Under This Contract Consists of Miscellaneous Concrete Repair, Including Sidewalks, Inlet Tops, and Mitered End Sections on Department Maintained Rights of Way, Easements, and Parcels in Lake County and Parts of Orange County on an as-needed Basis. The Quantities Shown on the Bid Price Proposal Are Approximate and Only Represent Estimated Planned Requirements Based on Historical or Specific Project Needs. The Department Does Not Guarantee Any Maximum or Minimum Quantity, Any Range of Quantities, or the Exact Quantities Shown for Each Item to Be Bid. The Departments Estimated Quantities Are Used to Establish Unit Prices Bids Which Will Then Be Used to Determine the Low Bidder and Contract Award.
