Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.

The Contractor shall prepare, submit, and obtain the County and Engineers acceptance of a Health and Safety Plan (HASP), Work Plan, and ACM Abatement Plan prior to beginning any on-site Work. The Contractor shall also obtain all required State and local permits and provide copies to the County and Engineer prior to any on-site Work. All questions regarding this ITB shall be submitted in writing and received no later than Tuesday, February 13, 2024, before 12:00 PM (EST) Demolition and Asbestos Abatement of Former McDonald Dairy Site
