The Hall County Courthouse Addition and Renovation is a comprehensive upgrade and expansion of the existing courthouse facility. The scope includes a three-story addition with mixed-use occupancies (A-3, B, and S-2), integration of modern life safety systems (fire suppression, alarms, emergency lighting), and full compliance with updated building codes. The project encompasses architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior design disciplines. It also involves demolition of existing structures, site grading, erosion control, and utility coordination. The design includes courtroom spaces, administrative offices, secure areas, and public amenities, all supported by detailed infrastructure for HVAC, lighting, telecommunications, and accessibility.
