As of April 8, 2024 the project was awarded to Kellerman Construction but no amount provided As of March 21,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Capital Fund Program Ora Lee West Renovations These contracts are subject to compliance with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development(HUD) Act of 1968 that helps foster local economic development, neighborhood economic improvement and self sufficiency. The Contractors must comply with the current State of Georgia Immigration Laws. Each Component Contractor shall be responsible for purchasing a Building Permit from the City of Valdosta for their work. Therefore, this costs hall be included in each bid proposal. This is a Davis Bacon Act Project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. All questions shall be forwarded to J. Glenn Gregory & Associates, Architects, P.C. No verbal interpretations of the Contract Documents shall be made, prior to bidding, except by written addendum
