Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fishers, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In general, the Work shall be completed by State of Indiana certified/qualified Contractor and Subcontractors for the Project and consists of: Milling and resurfacing of asphalt roadways and ADA curb ramp reconstruction within the following neighborhoods: Sunblest, Fox Run, Hillsborough, Lantern Ridge, Quaker Ridge, Promise Rd, 126th St, and Cumberland Rd, as well as concrete pavement replacement with asphalt on two streets Fortune Drive and Tremont Drive. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds each worth 100% of the Bid will be required of the successful Bidder. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price and must be in full force and effect throughout the term of the Construction Contract plus a period of twelve (12) months from the date of substantial completion. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects in bids or bidding procedure, or reject any and all bids, or to accept any bid as may be lowest responsive or most responsible as exclusively determined by the City of Fishers. The City of Fishers reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all bids, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part as specified in the solicitations when it is not in the best interests of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2.
