Paper copies of the project drawings and project manual are on file and open for public inspection at the office from which they may be obtained. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Only prospective Bidders obtaining the Bidding Documents from Bartlett & West will be included on the plan holders list. Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. local time and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described above below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Constructing approximately 1,300 feet of 10" PVC water main piping connecting to the City of Piedmont's existing water distribution system. The extension will run north along 2nd Street to the intersection of Mountain Shadow Drive, west along Mountain Shadow Drive to the west lot line of the existing lots along 2nd Street, and north along the lot line to the SD DOT Right-of-way along Sturgis Road in Piedmont, South Dakota. The project consists of 10" C-900 DR 18 PVC pipe, approximately 190 feet of 6" C-900 DR 18 PVC, approximately 205 feet of 1" Polyethylene SDR 9 service line, 11 service line connections and appurtenances as required by the Project Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents.
