Manchester Water Works, acting through its Board of Water Commissioners and in accordance with the provisions of Manchester NH Code of Ordinances Chapter 39: Procurement Code, inclusive, seeks bids from qualified firms for door replacement at the Lake Massabesic Water Treatment Plant. Questions regarding this request should be expressed in writing and directed to Mr. Michael Pinard at mpinardsr@manchesternh.gov. The Board of Water Commissioners reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that appears to be in the best interest of Manchester Water Works. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. Question Deadline 02/20/2024 The scope of work includes the following: Replacement of the three doors noted below, including but not limited to doors, hardware, hinges, latching mechanisms, overhead stops, trim, thresholds, weather stripping, and sweeps. Bid should include a new frame for Door #1 only. Door DC-101 and DC-103 will be for door/appurtenance replacement but no frame replacement. Doors will be painted, inside and out, a color approved by the Manchester Water Works. Acceptable materials of construction shall include steel and aluminum; bidders shall provide a separate price for each.
