Macktown Golf Course Clubhouse Exterior It is the intention of these specifications to describe the general requirements updating the exterior of the clubhouse at the Macktown Golf Course Clubhouse, 2221 Freeport Road, Rockton, IL 61072. This project will include installation of fan fold insulation, vinyl siding, aluminum fascia, vinyl soffit, aluminum gutters & down spouts, window and door wraps. Eight (8), small, existing windows to be removed and covered. All remaining windows will need to be trimmed out. All siding, facia, trim, soffit, gutters and down spouts to be color matched in Tan. All old or excess materials will need to be disposed of by contractor. The work described in these specifications represent the minimum requirements for construction and installation for the exterior of the clubhouse, including top & bottom sections of the building: o Install fan fold insulation on face of entire building to be covered with new siding. o Trim around windows and doors, utilizing tan color aluminum drip caps and trim around all windows and doors o Remove and sheet over eight (8) existing small windows and add rolled insulation (r-13 rating minimum) behind board covering old window openings o Install Tan vinyl soffit, staggered with vented and unvented sections o Install D4 (.044") minimum, wood grain vinyl siding (Tan Color) with Tan Color inner & outer corners o Replace existing wood face boards on edge of roof line, install and wrap new 1"x12" and 1"x10" fascia (tan aluminum) o Remove old gutters and install new 6" .032 gauge K-style seamless aluminum gutters (tan color) o Remove old gutters & downspouts and install new 3"x4" aluminum gutters & downspouts (Tan color) o Finish top sections of building just like bottom sections to include: o Install fan fold insulation on face of entire building to be covered with new siding. o Install D4 (.044") minimum, wood grain vinyl siding (Tan Color) with Tan Color inner & outer corners o Provide new wooden facia boards wrapped in tan color aluminum o Provide trim around fireplace o Provide tan color vinyl soffit w/ staggered vented and ventless sections OPTION #1 o Install T-Rex Gutter Guards or equivalent to all new gutters Completion- June 1, 2025.
