Email: jhemje@morrisseyengineering.com Phone: 402-991-3090. Each bidder must submit with the bid a certified or cashiers' check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The character and amount of security to be submitted by the contractor for the performance of the contract is stated in the proposed contract documents. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for a period of at least Sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the bids. The State of Nebraska, DAS/State Building Division reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re advertise for Bids; and further reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Elevator replacements, elevator equipment room cooling upgrades, minor lighting modifications, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Project shall be completed under the bid of a single contractor qualified in construction management.
