Project Description The a/e Team Working With the University and the Chosen Cm-at-risk Will Develop the Design Documents That Will Fit Within the Project Budget While Accomplishing the Goal of Renovating the Space in North Engineering Annex. A Construction Manager at Risk Will Join the Team and Assist With Design Constructability, Project Estimating, Project Scheduling and Coordination of Construction Activities.
