Secure Entry Upgrades Phase 1 - Various Locations Various Locations. The School District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid or in the bidding. THE WORK The Work includes addition to an existing building as further described in the bidding documents. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE The engineer's base bid is estimated to be approximately $933,000. SCHEDULE Site mobilization may occur as early as June 24, 2024 if the Contract has been executed, proof of insurance and bonds have been provided, and other requirements for commencement have been satisfied. Substantial Completion and Final Completion dates are stated in the Contract Documents. Please click on "Posted Projects," "Public Works," and "Olympia School District." BID SECURITY A Bid Security, in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid is required with each Bid. Make checks or bid bonds payable to the School District.
