Site work and paving for a road / highway in Victoria, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all proposals. Construction Services For: 2024 Street Rehab Project (Bridle Ridge & Vista Del Sol) Remove existing roadway pavement, driveways, other surface and sub-surface materials, and other appurtenances. Remove and replace approximately 13,900 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter. Install approximately 65,400 SY of 1 1/2" Thick HMAC Pavement, including lime stabilized subgrade, limestone base, double seal coat. The City anticipates the scope of work to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items will be included in the scope of the 2024 Street Rehab Project (Bridle Ridge & Vista Del Sol): o Remove and replace curb and gutter as directed by the Engineer o Remove and replace residential driveways as directed by the Engineer o Remove existing HMAC street o Stabilize subgrade with 3% Lime (by weight) o Furnish and install single seal coat RC-250 and single seal AC-15P with Type PB , GR3 pre-coated aggregate o Furnish and Install HMAC Overlay o All other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project.
