Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; 888-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Greenville for the removal and replacement of approximately 888 square feet of existing sidewalk that are to be removed and replaced. In addition there are 400 diameter inches of roots to be removed from under the removed sidewalks. An additive alternate will be considered separately for the removal and replacement of 336 square feet of 4-inch thick concrete under a covered pavilion in Veterans Park. Bidders may bid on concrete items only; root removal only or both. Liquidity Damages: Contractor's Public Liability Insurance shall be furnished for $25,000 limits for injuries to any one person and $50,000 for any one accident. Contractor's Property Damage Insurance shall be furnished for $5,000 limits for damages as a result of any one accident and $10,000 limits as an aggregate. Bond Notes: The successful bidder will be required to furnish PAYMENT and PERFORMANCE BONDS in the amount of the CONTRACT as required in the previous paragraph. The Bonds shall remain in effect until the final acceptance of the project. BONDS shall be supplied through a company that is licensed to do business in the State of Michigan on a form that is consistent with the industry standard of practice.
