OBJECT The STQ requires the services of a contractor to carry out various general earthworks and concrete work at its various sites. These aim to maintain or restore the physical condition of its port facilities. This work to be carried out follows an inspection program for said installations carried out annually by the STQ. Through this call for tenders, the STQ wishes to conclude a contract to be executed on request with the contractor who will have presented the lowest compliant bid after application of the other terms and requirements provided for in these call for tender documents. The contract will be for a firm duration of three (3) years, from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027. 2. VISIT AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE PLACES Bidders are invited to participate in the site visit offered by the STQ within a maximum period of seven (7) days preceding the bid opening date. Failure to participate cannot be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a bidder. Each bidder is responsible for delegating a representative to this meeting. In addition, the STQ assumes no responsibility towards bidders who did not show up for the site visit regarding the information that may have been given during the site visit. 3. LOCATION OF WORK The Contractor will be called upon to carry out interventions on all STQ installations. It cannot in any way refuse to carry out an intervention because of the location of the installations concerned.
