A. Several improvements to the Ratliff Ranch Golf Links Driving Range are anticipated: the driving range and green area. 5.85-acre area to be renovated with artificial landing area or area to be renovated with natural grass *refer to included map for dimensions. The teeing area currently consist of 30000 square feet of natural grass and 780 square feet of artificial Tee Line turf. Potential additions to include: 1700 square feet of concrete to extend base for artificial tee top and create work area around driving range hut. 500 square feet of Tee Line "or equal" artificial turf to extend tee top Potential 900 fee of raised netting for western (Grandview) and eastern (Hole 18/tree line) boundaries of driving range. B. Natural Grass Excavation of 5.85 acres of landing area to smooth topography and remove exposed rock. Relocating existing irrigation to match topography and to maximize efficiency of water schedule. Design should include building elevated target zones to simulate on-course situations (greens) Seeding, hydro-seeing, or sodding of grass. Use existing topography Fertilizer not required. C.
