The Marmaduke School District will receive sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the Marmaduke School District HVAC IMPROVEMENTS in accordance with the contract documents and project manual. Work includes but is not limited to: Replacement of 33 Rooftop HVAC Units of various Make and Models damaged by hailstorms across various roof types that make up the Marmaduke School Facility. Many of the units are Split System Components while others are Packaged Units mounted on existing curbs. 27 units are roof penetrating through various roofing types including snap lock metal panel, PVC, and older Membrane type. The remaining 6 units are side walled through metal panel clad Gymnasium wall with the units mounted on steel frames. As an alternate, these 6 split system units will also be priced to be replaced with package units. There are an additional 7 units that will be included as an alternate to be priced for replacement. All references to the Owner shall be interpreted to mean Marmaduke School District. B. If any person contemplating submitting a Bid is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part of the Contract Documents, he may submit to DEMX Architecture, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof not later than five (5) calendar days before Bidopening. C. Address all communications regarding the Contract Documents to the Design Professional: DEMX Architecture, 104 N. East Ave., Fayetteville, AR 72701.
