Project consists of interior remodeling of an existing classroom and office spaces on the third floor of Old Main for the Severson Entrepreneurship Academy, encompassing roughly 1,700 square feet of area. Remodel work will include demolition, new entry/wall system, acoustical ceilings, floor/wall/ceiling finishes, casework, and related HVAC and electrical work. Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Substantial Completion is required by August 1, 2024. COMPLETION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES A. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS A.
