Demolition and remodeling of an educational facility in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,700-square-foot educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.

Project consists of interior remodeling of an existing classroom and office spaces on the third floor of Old Main for the Severson Entrepreneurship Academy, encompassing roughly 1,700 square feet of area. Remodel work will include demolition, new entry/wall system, acoustical ceilings, floor/wall/ceiling finishes, casework, and related HVAC and electrical work. Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Substantial Completion is required by August 1, 2024. COMPLETION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES A. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS A. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
