The Scope of Work follows this page. Contractors who wish to access the property, prior to submitting bids can attend a pre-bid site visit by appointment only. Do not visit the site without an appointment. Failure to attend a pre-bid meeting will not relieve the firm of any responsibility for information provided during the pre-bid meeting. All bids shall be signed & dated in ink in the space provided as follows: A person having such legal authority from said firm, partnership or corporation must sign bids and the person signing the bid shall providetheirname and title, in addition to the name and address of the firm, partnership or corporation. The County will select the lowest qualified bid and prepare a Contract to be executed by all parties. Work is expected to start two (2) weeks after contracts are fully executed. Boiler replacement, Re-point chimney, Window replacement and misc. repairs The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete Brick Repointing, window replacement, boiler with water heater, and other miscellaneous foundation and gutter repairs. Base Bid: Boiler w/Water Heater Rebuild Chimney Window Replacements (5) Patch /Parge foundation Extend leader, front leader, Gutters at rear GENERAL RENOVATIONS TO PROPERTY: Contractor shall be responsible for the legal disposal of all discarded materials including packing materials to an offsite location. WCDP is looking to engage an experienced contractor with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the determined scope of work.
