Phased upgrades and repairs of the city road infrastructure. The scope of the construction program provides for repairs/replacement of watermains and sewers, road improvement and paving work on Saint-Catherine Est Street. More specifically, the scope of work includes: site preparation and demolition, replacement of secondary water pipes, construction of storm sewer pipes, rehabilitation of sewer collectors, replacement of building service connections, reconstruction of equipment forming part of the urban technical networks , modification of the leveling, geometry, signage, marking and traffic lights, revision of functional lighting and addition of ambient lighting, complete redevelopment of the roadway and sidewalks including addition of street furniture and plantings. Construction program includes three packages: - lot 1 - central section between Atateken and Plessis (limits to be confirmed); - lot 2 - section east of the central section, up to De Lrimier Avenue; - lot 3 - section west of the central section, up to Berrie Street. Note. The construction program value is expected to be as high as $150 million. TIMELINE: The owner has subdivided the construction program into small construction packages and entered, following the request for proposals 24-20322, into a framework agreement with FNX INNOV Inc. for professional services including preliminary design, design, support, and monitoring for the Sainte-Catherine Est project, for a period of 60 months with a 12-month extension option. No specific tender for the general contractor will follow this report.
