Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Johnsburg, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes providing alll abor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and describedin these specifications including, butnot necessarily limited to the following PCC removal, concrete drainage structure & SICPP installations, concrete gutters, cold in-place recycling of asphalt, pavement milling, asphalt paving, striping and work zone traffic control. The proposed project is located in the Town of Johnsburg, Warren County, NY All questions on the bid documents shall be submitted in writing to Jason Shpur of the Warren County Purchasing Department, shpurj@warrencountyny.gov. The period for questions pertaining to the bid documents will close at 12:00 pm on February 13, 2024. a bid security in the amount of 5percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive or Conditional Bids.
