The Livonia Public Schools Board of Education is accepting firm prime contractor bids for all labor, material, equipment and all other services to complete Interior Renovations at seven (7) Schools for the 2024 Summer Bond work. Bids will not be accepted at the Clark Construction office. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms furnished by the construction manager and must be completed in full. Each proposal shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and marked with the name of the bidder. A Bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company acceptable to the owner, or a cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to Livonia Public Schools shall be submitted with each proposal in excess of $29,500. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Oral, telephone, fax or electronic mail bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
