Utah Tech University is seeking an agency that can provide a turnkey operation to undertake an additional elevator installation project at the West Side Stadium. This project aims to enhance accessibility, convenience, and safety during athletic events. To execute this construction, careful planning and coordination with the facilities management team will be necessary to minimize disruption and comply with building codes. All subcontractors work is to be included in the proposal with the following exclusions: Cutting of the required entrances. That work will be performed by the University. Hoistway may require additional cooling to protect the elevator equipment from extreme heat. If this becomes necessary, the University will provide the needed air conditioning equipment and installation but will require coordination from the elevator contractor Question Deadline 02/23/2024 at 12:00 PM MT All questions must be submitted electronically via U3P
