**As of March 22, 2024, project was awarded to North Valley, Inc., in the amount of $10,394,018.18.** 2024 Overlay Program State Aid Project Nos. 002-683-007, 002-605-020, 002-617-032, 002-601-065 County Road Project Nos. 24-11-71, 24-12-163, 24-13-103, 24-14-73, 24-15-27, 24-16-66, 24-17-59, 21-11-18\ The Contractor shall, unless otherwise specified, furnish all materials, equipment, tools, and labor necessary to do the work required under this contract and load, unload, haul, and distribute all forms and materials necessary for this project. The Contractor shall also remove any street surfacing as required, excavate and fill where necessary, handle all drainage, provide barricades, guards and warning lights, maintain the streets, construct the new surface and install curb and gutter, remove surplus materials, and clean the site. The Contractor shall supply at least one Porta Potty unit at an accessible location within the project limits. The Porta Potty unit shall also be made available to residents or businesses affected by temporary water shut offs as needed during construction and at locations directed by the Engineer. Payment for Porta Potty units used on the project, and any necessary relocations to accommodate requests from residents and businesses during temporary water shut offs, shall be considered incidental.
