Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
For the following approximate quantities of work: 1,730 SFT Stamped, Colored Concrete 1 LS Earthwork / Grading 7,425 SFT Parking Lot Seal Coat 375 SFT Parking Lot Repairs 4 EA Pinus strobus (Eastern White Pine), 6' Tall, Installed Along with other miscellaneous items. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to East Bay Charter Township as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. East Bay Charter Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
