a. Seneca High School - Boiler Plant Upgrades 1. Removal of the existing boiler plant at Seneca High School, including existing boilers, boiler venting systems, pumps, expansion tanks and associated pumps, piping and accessories as depicted on the contract mechanical, plumbing and electrical drawings and as required to accommodate the proposed scope of the work. 2. Installation of new mechanical systems, including installation of four new natural gas condensing boilers, boiler venting systems, exhaust fans, pumps, expansion tanks, air separators, piping and accessories as scheduled and detailed. 3. Plumbing work specified and necessary to complete the scope of the work, including but not limited to gas service to the new boilers and alteration to the drainage systems. 4. Electrical work specified and necessary to complete the scope of the work. 5. BMS installation and integration as delineated within the contract mechanical drawings and specifications. 6. Restoration of existing building finished affected or altered und the scope of this contract, including but not limited to interior wall, ceiling and floor finishes, interior masonry finishes and the existing roof. The existing roof at Seneca High School is under warranty. The contractor shall perform any and all repairs in accordance with the details and specifications and warranty standards specified within these documents. 1. Phase II and III HVAC Renovations. Supply and installation of new HVAC systems primarily, including AHU’s, RTU’s, exhaust air systems, piping and pump systems upgrades, as well as associated structural, plumbing, and electrical improvements throughout the building under multiple contracts. The contractor for this contract is expected to cooperate with these separate contractors at all times throughout the duration of the construction project. 2. BMS Integration. BMS integration shall be performed by the Owner’s integration Contractor (AME Inc.). The Contractor(s) and all sub-contractors shall coordinate their work with this separate BMS integration contractor. It is anticipated that this work shall be performed upon completion of the work of this contract. 3. Lighting Fixtures. The supply and installation of certain lighting fixtures within the affected rooms shall be performed by a separate contractor. The Contractor(s) and all sub-contractors shall coordinate their work with this separate lighting contractor. It is anticipated that this work shall be performed concurrent with the work of this contract.
